What You’ll Do

• Provide specialized neonatal care in a nationally recognized Level III NICU
• Collaborate with neonatologists and nursing staff to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct assessments and monitor the health status of neonatal patients
• Assist with family education and support during hospital stay
• Contribute to clinical procedures and neonate stabilization efforts
• Support coverage in newborn nursery and neonatal stabilization units

What You Need

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in North Carolina
• Neonatal NICU experience is preferred
• Strong clinical skills in neonatal assessment, care planning, and family communication
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts as scheduled

Required: NC Nurse Practitioner certification, neonatal experience preferred
Preferred: Experience in Level III NICU, collaborative team skills
