GREWE’s key priorities include: GREWE Vision: Provide the world’s best workplace experience for every colleague, at every site, every dayGREWE Mission: Enable profitable growth by anticipating business needs and co-creating flexible, vibrant, inspiring environments at a competitive costStrategic Priorities:Portfolio: Best buildings in the best places at the most competitive costsEnvironment: Tailored spaces that inspire innovation and strengthen connections between colleagues, customers, and brandHospitality: Frictionless experiences for colleagues across moments that matterOperations: Operational excellence to deliver enterprise value, accelerate time to market, reduce disruption, and mitigate riskThe role: PMO Center of ExcellenceThis role will focus on advancing a PMO Center of Excellence for Design & Construction, working with the design and construction team to focus on standards, tools, and resources necessary to drive consistency across the department.ResponsibilitiesOrganize and host the PMO Center of Excellence, coordinating the development of a governance framework that promotes consistent project delivery across Design & Construction. Drive process standardization by defining structured workflows for the Design and Construction group to evolve governance requirements, roles, responsibilities, and project controls documents. Support the development of standardized documentation by structuring best practices with the Design and Construction team to deliver templates, tools, and processes. Partner with the teams and SME's to establish methods to improve standard project controls, including schedules, budgets, reporting, compliance documentation, risk management, and performance metrics. Establish documentation standards to ensure Design & Construction platforms are consistent, efficient, intuitive, and structured to enable effective reporting and portfolio-level visibility. Partner with a Community of Practice to drive the develop practical playbooks, implementation guides, and tools that translate PMO standards into consistent day-to-day execution. Distribute standards, playbooks, templates, and training materials to ensure internal teams and external partners understand and consistently apply PMO governance requirements. Promote adoption and organizational capability through supporting training and knowledge sharing, and stakeholder engagement, reinforcing consistent PMO practices across the department.
