Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Real Estate Listing Agent , you'll work with qualified sellers, convert listing opportunities into signed agreements, and guide clients through a successful home sale.
• Meet with qualified home sellers for listing consultations and presentations
• Advise clients on pricing, marketing strategies, and selling timelines
• Manage client relationships from listing appointment through closing
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up using CRM systems and proven workflows
• Convert seller appointments into signed listing agreements
• Host open houses and engage prospective buyers and sellers
• Keep your CRM, calendar, and sales pipeline organized and up to date
• Participate in weekly sales training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications
