Monitor grass health, apply fertilizer or pest control, and support seasonal lawn care efforts. Assist with spring/fall clean‑up, mulching, light snow removal, and storm debris removal as needed. Identify hazards or areas needing repair and report them promptly. Contribute to beautification projects, event setup, or small landscaping installations. Follow all safety procedures and participate in team meetings and training sessions. What You Bring You’re at least 18 years old. Experience with outdoor grounds work, landscaping, or lawn care. Familiarity with small landscaping machinery and tools. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
